I was given a design opportunity to trailblaze the beginnings of user account settings on displaying plan information and payment method.

1. Market Research
Firstly, I started by looking at different websites and software that had a plan information page that utilized subscription. From there, I got a lot of inspiration for plans & payment methods.

2. Collaborate
A key aspect that continued to push me forward was my team and their feedback. Seeing the same designs over and over made me look past mistakes while my team brought them to attention.

3. Iterate, iterate, iterate
What is not shown are the number of iterations I went through to finalize the design. I kept asking myself “How can I share as much information as possible while still being digestible?”

Next Steps
Next steps include building an efficient flow to quickly upgrade, downgrade & cancel plans while thinking about all types of users? (users with no accounts, users with free accounts, etc.)
Can we tie this in with our current sign-on/sign-up workflows?
