We’ve recently developed an AI-powered chatbox within our 3D product space and 2D space. However, it doesn’t share knowledge with each other. We can reimagine an AI system that could reduce friction, proactively guide users, and feel seamlessly integrated — without disrupting the immersive product experience.
Our vision is to create a centralized, intelligent AI experience — one that is deeply personalized and continuously learns from user behavior and history.

Content UX: Worked with engineers to train the AI’s voice, tone, and speech
Contextual Awareness: Designed logic for the assistant to react based on where users were in the 3D space and what actions they had taken
Non-Intrusive UI: Ensured the AI felt embedded and supportive, not interruptive — balancing helpful nudges with user control
